6.0-magnitude earthquake strikes off coast of NTB, tremors felt in Bali
A 6.0-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) last night, with tremors reportedly felt in parts of Bali, including Kuta and Denpasar. There have been no immediate reports of major damage or injuries.
The quake’s epicenter was 132 kilometers northwest of Saringi Island, which is a small island off the coast of NTB. It hit at a depth of 664 kilometers at 11:54pm, according to a tweet posted by Indonesia’s Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) shortly after the quake.

According to BMKG, the tremors were felt in several parts of NTB, including Mataram, West Lombok, and West Sumbawa. Whereas in Bali, the tremors were felt in Kuta and Denpasar. The agency did not issue any tsunami warning.
There have been no reports of damage or injuries following the quake this morning.
